Failure to do so may result in disqualification from consideration or termination of employment.” Job Purpose: The Content Marketing Lead will own the content strategy, creation, and distribution roadmap for Birla Pivot, and craft narratives that align with our brand essence, target audience, and growth objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative flair, and analytical mindset to ensure content delivers measurable business results. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Develop inbound marketing strategies to build a brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content.
- Create an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of messages across various platforms (website, social media, email, WhatsApp, blogs, etc.).
- Define content goals for brand awareness, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
- Write, edit, and manage diverse content formats, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, newsletters, product videos, emailers and more, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create insightful and technically accurate content.
- Develop and optimise SEO-friendly content to drive organic traffic.
- Oversee content distribution across website, social media, email campaigns, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to optimize content reach and personalization.
- Collaborate with sales and category teams to create sales collateral and training material.
- Set KPIs and performance metrics for content campaigns.
- Track and analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo or other automation tools.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve content effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, latest content strategies, and best practices in content marketing.
- Experiment with new content formats and distribution channels to keep the strategy fresh and engaging.
- 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing practices.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Ability to create and oversee multi-channel content campaigns (website, email, social media, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience in analytics and data-driven content optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, category, and third party agencies.
- Prior experience in managing content budgets and vendor partnerships
- Exposure to B2B event marketing and offline content activations
