Responsibilities
- Achieve service standards as set out for Treasures staff to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure that all customer requests are dealt with in a timely and consistent manner while adhering to regulatory, compliance and internal security audit requirements.
- Attend all relevant training and briefings.
- Address and follow-up on customer service requests/issues on daily basis and assist with completion of service-related transactional orders &/or ad-hoc projects as assigned by Treasures Client Service Manager. Assist walk-in customers with their requests/transactions.
- Identify customers' financial needs and refer cross-selling opportunities for Treasures Relationship Managers and specialists to follow up.
- Process and verify customers instructions for investments products (only applicable for TARMs certified in advisory).
- Offer information on investment products and services available to customers (only applicable for TARMs certified in advisory).
- Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in branch operations or financial advisory.
- Highly meticulous with strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
- Proficient PC skills (eg. Microsoft Office)
- Selected candidate will need to be CMFAS certified as part of the role requirements.
- Good understanding of financial and investment products.
