Qiddiya Investment Company, a visionary leader in the development of entertainment and leisure destinations, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Counsel. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice, support, and strategic direction to ensure compliance and mitigate risks across various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Provide legal guidance on a wide range of issues, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the company's interests.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and manage litigation processes as necessary.
  • Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting the company.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Oversee the legal compliance of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Advise senior management on legal implications of business decisions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on legal issues as needed.
