- Assists with various tasks including patient reception, communication support, equipment maintenance, supply management, data handling, and staff orientation.
- Ensures a welcoming and organized environment for patients by participating in patient reception duties.
- Supports clear communication between healthcare providers and patients by explaining instructions and facilitating effective interaction.
- Provides translation services between Arabic and English for healthcare providers and recipients, promoting seamless communication.
- Maintains a clean and hygienic environment by adhering to infection control protocols and cleaning unit equipment and other areas related to patient care.
- Delivers and collects supplies and equipment as requested, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to clinical care areas, clinical engineering, warehouse, etc.
- Places orders for warehouse stock items and handles special purchase requests, maintaining adequate inventory levels.
- Accurately tracks and maintains records of supplies and equipment for inventory purposes, supporting efficient restocking.
- Compiles requested data and statistics, generates reports, and assists in data analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Performs routine duties as directed, including stocking supplies, performing limited clerical functions, and conducting minor end-user maintenance procedures as defined for the section.
Education and Qualifications
A Bachelor's or Associate Degree/Diploma in Hospital Administration or a related field is required.Experience and Requirements
While no experience is required with a Bachelor's Degree, one year of related experience is preferred with an Associate Degree/Diploma.Certifications and Preferences
- Formal training in any related discipline is advantageous.
- Knowledge of medical supplies, including Oracle process, is beneficial.
- Saudi Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
