Position: Sales Assistant Location: Deira, Dubai (onsite) Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
Manage day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and data analysis using Excel.
Assist in maintaining smooth communication across various departments and external partners.
Support in logistics, documentation, and other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

Experience : Background in electronics distribution is a significant advantage, but candidates from diverse industries will also be considered.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel is essential (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables, formulas).
Soft Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Languages : Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory.
