The candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen to leverage data for commercial and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Management

Ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Maintain data governance for high-quality datasets.
Integrate external market research with internal systems.

2. Insights & Alignment

Develop insights aligned with business objectives.
Identify trends, opportunities, and risks from data patterns.
Define KPIs in collaboration with business teams.
Drive decisions using analytical and market insights.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

Liaise between technical teams and business units.
Translate business needs into technical requirements.
Present data insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Partner with teams to implement data-driven solutions.

4. Analytics

Build models and forecasts to support strategy.
Innovate with predictive analytics and market intelligence.
Enrich insights with external research and benchmarks.

5. Technical Execution

Develop dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
Use tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
Resolve data issues for seamless operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Business Analytics or related field; Master’s preferred.

Experience:

12-14 years in similar roles, with expertise in data-driven insights and market research.

Skills:

Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Business analysis and industry knowledge.
Experience with AI tools for research.
Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
