Job Description:
- Follow baking recipes with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of baking equipment.
- Adhere to production schedules to meet demand.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain consistent product quality.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols in the baking area.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Baker or Commis Chef in pastry section
- Preferably someone who have worked in a high-end casual or fine dining restaurant with at least 80 pax. capacity
