The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a creative Graphic Designer and Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content and managing our social media presence across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include:

Formatting and design creation of visual images and copy using computer-assisted programs.
Translating marketing content into a conceptual visual framework for the hotel’s offline and digital communications platforms.
Creating stimulating and appealing visual images and copy that adhere to Hilton brand standards and WB brand guidelines.
Assisting the Marketing team in creating market collateral and artwork.
Working with the Head of Department – Marketing to create a unified visual style for the hotel.

QUALITY

Think creatively and produce new ideas that align with brand goals.
Interpret master concepts and develop design deliverables in line with brand vision.
Create designs and layouts based on an understanding of layout principles.
Work with a wide range of media, including photography, videography, graphic design, and web design.
Adapt existing artwork to maintain brand integrity across all deliverables.
Present finalized design concepts professionally, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Create visually appealing images and copy that reflect the hotel’s style.
Ensure high-quality design execution within the required timeframe.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Proven Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
Graphic Design Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
Photography & Videography: Experience with photography and videography, including editing software.
Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and metrics.
Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to produce innovative content and collaborate effectively.
Time & Project Management: Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and focus on accuracy in design.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
