In the Middle East, we have an established People and Organization Consulting team providing our clients with an unmatched breadth and depth of local and global expertise. We work in partnership with organizations ranging from family businesses to government bodies helping to make their people a sustainable source of competitive advantage. Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively lead the practice by setting strategy, driving the development of new business in the market, and providing technical advice across disciplines.
  2. Build strong networks within the firm to spot and capitalize on opportunities to get involved in projects across different business units and sectors.
  3. Identify and discuss key issues with clients to identify potential opportunities.
  4. Manage day-to-day client communications.
  5. Shape and deliver various projects that exceed client expectations and assignment quality criteria.
  6. Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks, driving conclusions, and reviewing/challenging team output.
  7. Manage engagement financials.
  8. Grow and develop our team through hands-on training and coaching.
Preferred skills:
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic essential.
  • Previous experience in advising clients within Transportation, Real Estate, and Energy sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of Organisation Design and Change Management.
  • Achievement-oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive daily.
  • Able to lead a high-performing team and add exceptional value to clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and engagements, possibly with different project teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology. An MBA or an MA in Human Capital Management from a reputable university is preferred.
  • CIPD, GPHR, SHRM, or equivalent are preferable and beneficial for the role.
  • Substantial experience in establishing and building strong client relationships across multiple industries and geographies.
  • Strong interest and passion for developing, growing, and leading a team through advanced coaching and mentoring.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work load and cope well under pressure.
  • Proven IT skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide as project requirements dictate.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in human capital leadership, with at least 5 years in a consulting environment.
