About our client This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced VP to join the Real Estate/Infrastructure investment team of a leading global private equity firm. The position is based full-time in Abu Dhabi. What the job involves
- Lead and execute real estate and infrastructure deals
- Structure deals effectively within both sectors
- Source deals independently within the Middle East region
- Manage a team of associates
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Extensive experience in leading and executing real estate and infrastructure deals
- Deal structuring proficiency in both sectors
- Previous exposure to the Middle East market is advantageous
- Ability to manage associates effectively
