About the job Social Studies Teacher (Cycle 1) - Dubai, Immediate Start Bloom Education is now recruiting for a qualified and experienced UAE Social Studies Teacher for our school based in Dubai for an immediate start . Responsibilities- Teaching allocated classes along with related planning.
- Assessing, monitoring, recording and reporting on the work of students.
- Providing advice and guidance to students on issues related to their education.
- Challenging and inspiring pupils to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding.
- Assess and record progress and prepare pupils for examinations.
- Promoting and safeguarding the general wellbeing and safety of students.
- Develop and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude.
- Collaborating with parents and other staff towards achieving the best interest of the students.
- Engaging in continuing professional development.
- Engaging in developing the school curriculum.
- BA degree in Social Studies & Moral Education, or similar.
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in an Elementary School Environment.
- Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
