SAM BUILDING CONTRACTING NEED URGENTLY MEP JUNIOR ESTIMATION ENGINEER - WORK DUTIES The quantity take-off for the following MEP services is your responsibility:
- Electricity
- ELV
- Fire Alarm, Emergency lighting
- Fire Fighting
- Drainage and Water Supply
- HVAC and smoke control systems
- Floating inquiries to subcontractors and suppliers and following up on quotations on a regular basis
- Prepare the BOM, BOQ, scope of work for the MEP pretender, and post-tender work
- Compilation of a list of technical questions for clarification by the consultant
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Excel, MS Word, Plan Swift, and other software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Have at least two years of work experience in the UAE
