Area Manager - Electronics and Home Appliances
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager for Electronics and Home Appliances to oversee the operations of multiple stores in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing a team and achieving sales targets in the electronics and home appliances industry.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service and meet sales goals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain and build relationships with key customers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive business objectives
- Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar role in the electronics and home appliances industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales management software
