Are you passionate about sports retail and have a knack for training and development? We’re looking for a Senior Product Trainer to join our team and lead our Products training initiatives. This is your chance to make a lasting impact by empowering our retail teams with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. What You’ll Do
- Strategic Training Development: Create seasonal training calendars in alignment with brand direction and ensure consistent product knowledge delivery across the region.
- Skill Enhancement: Develop training programs that enhance the capabilities of our retail teams, focusing on Under Armour products.
- Onboarding Excellence: Lead product knowledge inductions for new employees and champion learning and development initiatives.
- Engagement Leadership: Promote brand-related activities like running and yoga clubs to drive employee and customer engagement.
- Design and deliver effective training sessions tailored to product specialists.
- Develop and update training materials, aids, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate and follow up on training effectiveness, implementing improvements where needed.
- Collaborate with stores and department managers to ensure alignment with product training goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Development, or related fields
- Experience: 5-7 years in sales/product training, ideally within sports retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Expertise in creating and customizing training materials.
- Quick adaptation to new product updates and trends.
