Job Summary:

The Director of Integrations and Security will be responsible for overseeing the integration of IT systems and ensuring the security of all digital accounts and communications within the organization. This role combines strategic planning, project management, and technical expertise to maintain and improve our IT infrastructure and security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

DevOps Management: Lead and enhance the organization’s DevOps strategies to improve deployment, automation, and integration of software development and IT operations.
Billing and Account Control: Manage and oversee the billing for all IT-related accounts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and budget compliance across software and hardware resources.
Security Oversight: Ensure the security of all user accounts and sensitive company data. Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies and protocols.
Email System Management: Administer the organization’s Google Workspace, including the management of email accounts, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Account Management: Handle new requests for IT accounts and resources, ensuring alignment with business needs and security standards. Regularly review and manage account permissions and accesses.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in DevOps practices and tools.
Extensive experience with cloud services, particularly Google Workspace, and account management systems.
Proven track record of developing and enforcing robust security policies and procedures.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft certifications.
Experience in managing IT budgets and reducing operational costs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
