Head of Practice - Asset Management

A boutique regulatory consultancy client of Danos is undergoing exciting expansion across different financial services sectors, with particular investment in bolstering the Asset Management practice. To spearhead this practice and growth, they are seeking a Head of Practice to manage the asset management service line and being part of the senior leadership team contribute to the wider management of the business. Responsibilities:

• Leading multiple engagements, providing regulatory advice to asset management clients
• Driving business development through expanding on existing clients, as well as bringing in new clients
• Setting and developing the strategic direction of the practice
• Building and representing the brand in the market e.g attending networking events, developing thought leadership pieces
• Management of a considerable team and practice, responsible for their development and success
• Responsible for P&L
• Keeping abreast of regulatory developments in the asset management space, acting as an SME

• Extensive regulatory consulting experience, a strong contributor in delivery leading significant projects
• A highly experienced consultant with a strong book of clients and industry contacts and experience of generating considerable revenue
• Experience of building a successful regulatory practice – they are looking for your direction!
• Strong technical knowledge and awareness of the regulatory landscape
• Commercial, driven and polished individual
