Qualifications
Ideally we are looking for someone who has;- Proven significant management experience preferably within a retail environment
- Competence in all aspects of Store Operations
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead and engage team members to interact with our customers and influence sales
- Ability and confidence to interpret and execute plans
- Resilience and adaptability, and able to drive change
