- Lead and/or contribute extensively to building and maintaining sustainable relationships with key data suppliers, including building extensive networks to identify data needs in large businesses.
- Work with your team to support change, transformation, and growth across the organisation in relation to administrative data and ingestion technology opportunities.
- Work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and development to their team to enable growth within their role and foster a strong inclusive culture.
- Contribute to and implement the direction of Collection Operations to achieve the best possible outcomes for our kaimahi and respondents.
- Have proven experience leading an effective team, ideally for a similar sized organisation or in a similar role.
- Have strong Account Management experience.
- Have strong experience working with businesses in a solution-focused role with relationship management responsibilities.
- Have sound knowledge of the NZ business environment and challenges facing businesses today.
- Have experience working with external stakeholders and customers in the public and private sectors.
- Be an effective coach and create/engage with opportunities to develop your team members.
- Knowledge and experience, or desire to learn and build knowledge and experience of Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo and Te Ao Māori.
