Job Description
- Daily Purchasing Operations:
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products meeting quality standards.
- Negotiate with international suppliers to achieve the best pricing, terms, and payment conditions.
- Monitor inspection reports.
- Track shipments and deliveries to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with the planning department to meet requirements.
- Ensure the quality of materials.
- Address any reported quality issues and work with suppliers to improve performance.
- Adhere to quality standards throughout the purchasing process.
- Follow up on supplier payments and coordinate with the finance department.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
- Handle shipping lines, ensuring timely delivery of shipments and seeking to reduce costs.
