Key Responsibilities: – Manage and coordinate daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring consistency, quality, and exceptional guest satisfaction. – Bring a strong background in hospitality, with significant experience in luxury hotel environments, particularly within high-end and renowned properties. – Handle technical tasks such as inventory management, purchasing, order tracking, and maintaining accurate documentation for F&B operations. – Oversee food and beverage service standards, ensuring they meet the expectations of a luxury hotel while adhering to health and safety regulations. – Maintain effective communication between F&B teams and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations across all areas. – Assist in creating, implementing, and refining F&B strategies, menus, and service models that align with the hotel’s prestigious image. – Track and analyze data to ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and compliance with financial goals.
