Responsibilities: Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Assist the HR team with general HR administrative work. Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for the management or team. Manage general correspondence and reception duties (guests, letters, packages, etc.). Support office management for the wellbeing of employees. Manage claim verifications and submission of company expenses. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned. Assist colleagues whenever necessary. Requirements: Proven experience as an office administrator, personal assistant, or relevant role. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent priority management and organizational skills. Familiarity with office management procedures and meticulous in heavy travel management. Good knowledge of MS Office and office management software (if any). Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage. At least a degree in office administration or relevant field. Possess the right aptitude and able to communicate and work closely with inter-departments, including department heads and management. Able to start work immediately is preferred.
