- Excellent communication and client relations skills
- Well established computer skills particularly in using MS Office, e-mail and Micros
- Good trainer with an ability to promote in all levels
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, economic reporting and performance requirements
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards
- A College Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Administration specializing in Food and Beverage Management is desirable
