Conducts the Internal Audit assignments as per the company management. Determines if all aspects of the operations are being performed in the most efficient and effective manner. Evaluates and provides reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organization's objectives and goals to be met. Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the management, committee, and provides recommendations for improving the organization's operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.Evaluates regulatory compliance programs with consultation from legal counsel, as per KSA standard. Evaluates the organization's readiness in case of business interruption. Maintains open communication with management, audit committee, and external audit resources. Engages in continuous education and staff development. Oversees the External Audit, reviews and analyzes results, and recommends for approval the audited financial statements.Oversees and ensures the accuracy of the continuous improvement of Accounting and Financial Processes and the development of the team with the goal to achieve best practices and optimal output. Prepares comprehensive written reports documenting issues, business risks & practical recommendations in a clear & concise manner. Develops and maintains productive business unit, staff, and management relationships through individual contact and group meetings. Responsible for the continuous development and maintenance of audit programs. Maintains the standard for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the Code of Ethics.Job SpecificationExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of internal customers to analyze information and determine requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exceptional attention to detail. Flexibility and adaptability, and confidentiality.Information Technology and Services - Rawalpindi, Pakistan
