Interview Date: February 2024 (specific date to be confirmed)Minimum Requirements:Minimum 10-12 years of experience, with 5-7 years in training analysis and coordination in a leading company, preferably in the energy sector.Graduate degree or professional certification is a plus. Aramco experience is highly preferred.Proven track record of HR related achievements.Saudi National Only.Specific Work Experience:Training analysis, planning/coordination/scheduling of training plans and opportunities.Evaluation of effectiveness of training programs.Maintaining material/budgets for training and development.Additional Skill Set:Possesses self-drive and requires minimal supervision.Proven track record of HR related achievements.
