We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the UK truck industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Development and Sales
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the UK truck industry, targeting fleet operators, OEMs, and logistics companies.
- Drive the adoption of Streamax’s innovative fleet management and safety solutions across the truck industry.
- Build and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for account management and business expansion.
- Provide tailored solutions to clients, addressing their operational needs and challenges with Streamax products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape within the UK truck industry.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to position Streamax as a leading provider in the market.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to customize solutions and address client-specific needs.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the senior management team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the truck industry, fleet management, or logistics sectors.
- Proven success in developing and closing large-scale deals with fleet operators, OEMs, or related stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the UK truck industry, including its key players, operational challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with telematics, AI-powered solutions, or fleet management technologies is highly advantageous.
- Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and build lasting partnerships.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term business plans.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced qualification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally for client meetings and industry events.
