- Collaborating with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to drive Voice solutions sales.
- Provide technical expertise and support in understanding voice product capabilities.
- Align voice solutions with customer needs and demonstrate product benefits.
- Assist in the sales process by offering insights and facilitating discussions.
- Possess technical expertise on voice solutions, including VoIP , SIP , Unified Communications , Hosted Telephony , and Contact Centre technologies.
- Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to highlight the features and advantages of voice solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical specifications.
