JOB – Electrical Design Engineer LOCATION – Buckinghamshire TERM - Permanent SALARY – £55,000 - £65,000 per annum A Buckinghamshire based Engineering company are currently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Electrical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- HNC or equivalent/ higher electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline.
- Proficient with AutoCAD Electrical design package.
- Good experience & understanding of PLCs, servos & motors, gearboxes etc.
- Previous electrical design experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment or similar.
- Good experience troubleshooting electrical & control systems.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Managing the full design project from conception through to installation.
- Producing design documentation & schematics.
- Ensuring health & safety regulations are being met at all times
- Providing support to other engineers when required.
- Liaising closely with customers & other departments to ensure requirements are being met at all times.
