About the Role: As a Multi-Family Sales Representative, you’ll lead the charge in helping strata councils upgrade their properties with high-performance vinyl windows. You’ll deliver compelling sales presentations to large audiences, guiding strata councils to achieve majority votes for transformative projects. These long-term sales, often spanning over a year, require dedication, trust-building, and expert care beyond the sale. You'll work with property managers, building managers, and strata councils to close major contracts worth $500K or more. The challenge? Navigating the unique strata environment to secure consensus and manage the intricacies of multi-family construction sales. The opportunity? A robust $250 million dollar pipeline filled with projects waiting to be closed. Core Accountabilities:
- Present to and influence strata councils, securing majority votes for large-scale, high-value ($500K+) projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key B2B stakeholders like property managers, building managers, and strata councils.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to post-sale care, with a relentless focus on client satisfaction.
- Provide design guidance and strategic estimating support to win bids.
- Leverage an extensive pipeline of active opportunities while identifying and pursuing new leads.
- Develop expertise in competitive products, installation methods, and pricing to position Centra as the clear choice.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates for sales transparency.
- Minimum 8+ years of B2B and high value sales experience , preferably in the construction or building materials industry. Knowledge of construction sites, building envelope systems, and the construction industry ( highly preferred ).A proven track record of closing large-scale contracts worth $350K or more.
- Experience managing multi-year sales cycles and delivering results with long-term accounts.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with an emphasis on persuasive communication.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and a commitment to maintaining up-to-date sales records.
- Availability for evening and weekend client meetings as needed.
