Our Businesses: About The Role: (Immediate Joiners Preferred | Urgent Hiring) We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage operations across our events and banquets, as well as co-working and co-living spaces. This is a high-impact role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong leadership, and a customer-centric approach. - Event and Banquet Management: Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and operations of events and banquets, ensuring client satisfaction and flawless delivery.
- Co-Working Space Management: Optimize space usage, tenant onboarding, and operations to deliver a productive and engaging co-working environment.
- Co-Living Space Management: Oversee tenant management, ensure smooth daily operations, and foster a sense of community through engagement activities.
- Team and Vendor Management: Lead on-site teams and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operations and cost-effectiveness.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of service, address customer needs promptly, and resolve issues professionally.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in property, event, or hospitality management.
- Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities with a problem-solving mindset.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
