Job Title: Vice President / Senior Vice President – Technomarketing (Consulting) Location: Chennai / Bangalore Department: Technomarketing Experience: 15+ Years Reporting to: Director CTC: Best in the industry Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Lead growth initiatives for Commercial Lines, particularly Liability Lines, in the corporate insurance sector. Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Client Management: Provide dedicated support to existing clients through the claims process, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and documentation. Focus on client retention and expansion by nurturing relationships.
  • Advisory Role: Offer expert risk management and insurance advice to CFOs and senior decision-makers, helping them choose the right insurance products and navigate complex coverage needs.
  • Policy Review & Gap Analysis: Conduct in-depth reviews of insurance policies and provide gap analysis reports, offering actionable recommendations to improve coverage and mitigate risks.
  • Customized Insurance Solutions: Work closely with underwriters and insurers to create tailored insurance policies that meet client-specific needs.
  • Quote Comparison & RFQ: Provide clients with comprehensive Quote Comparison Reports and RFQs to ensure they receive competitive and optimal solutions.
  • Educational Engagements: Represent the company in high-level discussions with senior finance officers, emphasizing the importance of adequate coverage and the legal implications of gaps.
  • Risk Management Strategies: Advise clients on strategies to mitigate potential risks and safeguard against future liabilities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, or a related field, with expertise in Liability Lines.
  • Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and strategic advisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims processes, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex client needs and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
