The Data Researcher plays a key role in supporting the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by focusing on data scraping, mining, organizing, and cleansing, ensuring that accurate and valuable data is available for effective lead generation. The Data Researcher will also support targeted campaigns, ensuring data integrity and aiding in the overall effectiveness of the sales team. Primary Responsibilities

  • Data Scraping & Mining: Collect, extract, and compile accurate and relevant data from multiple sources, such as Linkedin, websites, databases, and public resources, to support lead generation and sales outreach efforts.
  • Data Organization: Organize and structure datasets in a user-friendly manner, ensuring they are easily accessible and usable for SDRs and other relevant teams.
  • Data Cleansing: Identify and rectify data inconsistencies or inaccuracies by validating and correcting entries to maintain high-quality datasets.
  • Campaign Execution Support: Collaborate with SDRs to assist in running outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms, helping to track responses and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the SDR team to provide necessary data insights that drive effective outreach and follow-ups.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on data quality, campaign progress, and outcomes, offering insights on performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements Experience:
  • At least 3 months of internship experience in data research, data mining, or a similar research-based role.
  • The candidate must be ready to join as a full-time employee after the completion of the internship period, with a permanent placement offer.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data collection and cleansing.
  • Proficiency in data scraping tools, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and structure large datasets.
  • Familiarity with data-driven campaign execution (email, LinkedIn outreach, etc.).
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with SDRs and providing data-driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality and integrity.
