• Curate Home Interior Designs: Conceptualize and create exceptional interior design solutions that are both aesthetically captivating and functionally sound, catering to a broad range of users and spaces.
• Design Iteration: Continuously iterate and refine design solutions based on evolving trends, user feedback, and global design standards.
• Working Drawing: Make 2D working Drawings of your curated designs. Provide details required for seamless execution. Ex. (RCP, Wall elevations & Sectionals, False ceiling Sections.) 
• Presentation: Communicate design ideas through mood boards, 3D renders, and detailed technical drawings to convey concepts to stakeholders effectively.
• Material & Product Selection: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to select materials, finishes, and products for each design solution, ensuring alignment with quality and design intent. (Design Dockets)
• Market Trends & Research: Regularly research and analyze global interior design trends, materials, and styles to ensure our design themes stay relevant and innovative.
• Process Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation of design processes, ensuring all designs align with the company’s structured, process-driven approach.

• In-depth understanding of architectural standards, principles, and practices.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-ray, and other relevant tools.
• Strong design sensibility, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into practical, functional designs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Min. 2 years of professional experience in architectural and interior design roles.
• Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
