Position – Sales Trainer-Coach Location : Delhi Key Responsibilities: Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for luxury sales teams. Focus on product knowledge, advanced sales techniques, and exceptional customer service. Conduct workshops, seminars, and personalized coaching sessions. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with sales managers to align training initiatives with business objectives. Customer Experience: Train staff on creating memorable and personalized customer experiences. Emphasize the importance of building long-term customer relationships. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales teams. Provide constructive feedback and develop action plans for improvement. Recognize and reward high performers to motivate the team. Key Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Leadership: Strong leadership and motivational skills. Ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving sales goals. Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge of luxury products and sales techniques. Understanding of the luxury market and customer behavior. Adaptability: Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the luxury industry. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and sales performance. Ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Several years of experience in luxury sales or a related field. Proven track record of successful sales training and coaching.
