Purchasing Analyst

• Processing requisitions, validating pricing, and issuing purchase orders for returnable packaging fabrication.
• Reviewing requisitions for spare parts and consumables, analyzing key data, issuing RFQs, and making sourcing recommendations.
• Supporting departmental reporting for internal KPIs and vendor performance, while monitoring delivery timelines and resolving late delivery issues.
• Some travel to the US as well as between Woodstock and Cambridge required.

• Have 1-4 years of experience in purchasing within a manufacturing setting (must have).
• Possess a college or university degree in Business or Supply Chain Management (must have).
• Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Project) (must have).
• Have 1-3 years of experience in procurement processes within an enterprise systems environment (must have).
• Experience with SAP and knowledge of PowerBI are considered assets (nice to have).
