About the Role: As the human resources business partner you’ll work closely with the store network nationwide and the wider retail support office function, providing expert support across all people-related matters. You will be reporting to the Human Resource Manager. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring the business thrives through effective HR practices. Key responsibilities include:

• Building strong internal relationships across all levels of the business.
• Identifying and addressing gaps within HR processes and delivering practical solutions.
• Continuously developing and refining internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NZ legislation.
• Providing end-to-end ER support.
• Coaching and training teams to build HR capabilities.

What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Comprehensive HR experience at an Advisor or BP level within New Zealand.
• Experience in HR within the retail sector is highly preferred.
• A proven track record of managing multiple ER issues.
• A collaborative and approachable working style.
• Confidence to challenge ideas and contribute innovative solutions.
• Experience in building effective recruitment and talent mapping strategies.
