Job Summary: We at Ambuja Neotia are hiring for the position of Mid Senior – Accounts. The incumbent will be responsible will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of financial reporting, statutory audits, and compliance for the organization. This role requires a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The Senior Manager will ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, projections, and various audits while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Financial Statements:
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with IND AS standards.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits with Big 4 auditors.
- Financial Projections and Accounts:
- Develop and prepare financial projections.
- Prepare and review quarterly accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Tax and Cost Audits:
- Manage the preparation and completion of tax audits.
- Oversee the preparation and completion of cost audits.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Prepare and file XBRL, DPT3, and other ROC data.
- Calculate and manage advance tax payments.
- Consolidated Accounts:
- Prepare consolidated financial accounts and ensure they are audited according to statutory requirements.
- Reporting and MIS:
- Prepare various reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for internal use.
- Ensure all reporting requirements are met with accuracy and timeliness.
- Statutory Compliance:
- Handle any additional statutory compliance requirements as needed.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and audits.
- In-depth knowledge of IND AS, tax audits, and compliance.
- Experience with XBRL, ROC filings, SAP HANA and financial projections.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
