Job Description

• Install and manage payment controls within the SWIFT environment.
• Administer token management processes, including:
• Token setup
• Token and password resets
• Token cancellation or retirement
• Manage O2M PKI certificates.
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues and resolve related problems.
• Handle 700 series transactions related to guarantees and letters of credit.
• Work with ISO 20022 and CAT7 trade messages.
• Initiate and manage RMA (Relationship Management Application) messages with banks.
• Track payments through SWIFT essentials and maintain accuracy.
• Utilize Banker’s World Online for various banking operations.
• Address software issues and manage regular updates within the SWIFT system.
• Apply knowledge of cloud technologies (Lite 2) and AUB client server environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SWIFT administration or a related IT field.
• Strong background in payment systems and controls.
• Proficiency in token management, PKI certificates, and SWIFT messaging standards.
• Solid understanding of SWIFT infrastructure and related technologies.
• Ability and willingness to learn new SWIFT technologies and tools.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
