The Opportunity Permanent role with a global leader in design, engineering, and construction services Work location: West Region Salary up to $9000 with AWS & VB Adecco is partnering with a global leader in design, engineering, and construction services, specializing in the construction of high-tech facilities such as data centers, life sciences facilities, and industrial plants, focusing on precision engineering and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. They are looking for a Senior Architect to join their growing team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in project management, design compliance, quality assurance, supervision, subcontractor coordination, and technical documentation. The Job Manage package progress as the Work Package Owner (WPO), ensuring completion with assistance from the supervisor/QAQC team and the preparation of final handover documents. Oversee design development in compliance with the Design Checklist. Lead and facilitate subcontractor progress meetings to monitor project timelines and deliverables. Host weekly client meetings on behalf of the Architectural Department to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Collaborate with Quality Assurance/Compliance engineers to align supervision objectives with project specifications. Step into the Lead Architect role when necessary, taking on their responsibilities while mentoring junior architects for continuous company growth. The Talent Proficient in designing and constructing architectural systems for high-tech industries like Semiconductor, Sustainable Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nutrition, Healthcare, or Biotech Projects. Possesses at least 3 years of international experience in high-tech industries or multidisciplinary construction businesses. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a lead architectural role for fast-track projects, including managing multidisciplinary projects. Skilled in implementing internal change strategies and operational planning. Has 7-8 years of professional architectural experience, with an additional 1-2 years for each higher grade of progression.
