You will be working for Cornerstone Global Partners for a 1-year contract. Responsibilities Conduct survey interviews by phone calls with corporate customers. Data entry for completed surveys and conduct data verification on completed surveys to ensure the data is accurate and reliable. Conduct phone calls to respondents for verification and clarification of data. Provide status update reports to the supervisor. Attend to incoming calls through the relevant hotlines. Ensure all KPIs given are met. Perform ad-hoc duties as required. Work Schedule 5 days – Monday to Friday - Between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm – 40 hours per week. Benefits Annual Leave: 14 days per year. Medical Benefits: Medical Card will be provided. Completion Bonus: 1 month (after 12 months of service). Attire: Office Attire. Salary Salary: $3000 + $100 (If achieve KPI) = $3100 Gross per month. Bonus will be given after 1 year of service.
