We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Qatar. Candidates must already be residing in Qatar as we do not hire from outside the country. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through professional communication.
- Handle customer calls, messages, and emails promptly and courteously.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Must be currently residing in Qatar.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in handling customer queries and complaints.
