We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Qatar. Candidates must already be residing in Qatar as we do not hire from outside the country. Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through professional communication.
Handle customer calls, messages, and emails promptly and courteously.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and customer experience.

Requirements:

Must be currently residing in Qatar.
Proven experience in customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in handling customer queries and complaints.
