Our 211 dynamic rooms allow guests to sleep in comfort while enjoying affordable culinary selections at sTREATs Restaurant. The hotel is 5 minutes from Jakarta Kota Train Station, 10 minutes from JIExpo Kemayoran or Ancol Dreamland, and 30 minutes from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. For meetings and events, we provide 3 Milky Way rooms that can be combined into a large ballroom for 500 delegates. Job Description

  • Communicate and support company policies & procedures to maintain high employee morale and motivation, ensuring an atmosphere of participative management.
  • Ensure optimum service through effective communication of policies and procedures to all employees.
  • Assist the T&C team to plan, manage, coordinate, and participate in personnel activities of all departments in areas of Recruitment & Selection, Payroll Process, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Performance Management System, Employee Relations, and T&C Initiatives.
  • Assist the T&C Head in developing an annual and long-term T&C plan that identifies the organization's Human Resources agenda as a component of the overall Strategic Plan.
  • Identify Human Resources strategies and program requirements needed to maintain a progressive work culture in support of effective recruitment, development, and retention of employees.
  • Oversee the organization and execution of employees’ social, athletic, and recreational activities.
  • Maintain good working relations with all departments and professional external contacts.
