Our client is a leading national builder with a strong presence across the commercial, industrial, education, health, and hospitality sectors. With an ambitious growth strategy in Queensland and a robust pipeline of upcoming projects, they are expanding their team.As a result, they are seeking an exceptional, quality-focused Site Manager to oversee a new long-term project set to begin in February. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong relationship-building skills to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of major projects. Role Overview: The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for fit out and refurbishment projects up to $15m, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. You will manage subcontractors, resources, and safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure health and safety compliance across the site. Maintain project documentation and progress reports. Lead and mentor the site team to ensure smooth operations. Experience/Qualifications Required: Current First Aid Certificate required. QBCC Site Supervisor License - required. An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively. Proven experience in site management for commercial fitout and refurbishment projects up to $10m. Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar. A natural ability to drive the project forward while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients alike.
