As the first point of contact for our office, the Receptionist plays a vital role in setting the tone for our clients and team members alike. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management:
- Greet clients, visitors, and team members with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Draft and proofread correspondence and emails with impeccable attention to detail.
- Maintain and update basic spreadsheets and office documents.
- Keep the reception area and office spaces tidy and organized.
- Assist team members with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Support management with executive assistant tasks as required, such as booking travel or preparing meeting materials.
- Provide information and assistance to clients with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ensure an excellent client experience by maintaining a professional, approachable attitude.
- Prompt Start Times: Punctuality is essential to this role; a consistent, reliable start time is expected.
- Professional Attire: Business casual dress code is required to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
