As a Site Coordinator, you will organize and manage records to ensure accurate, up-to-date construction progress. Working directly from the project site and alongside the Site Superintendent and Project Manager, you’ll keep the project on schedule from concept to client handover. This position will be full time on site, based out of a site trailer. Duties:
- Maintain logs for shop drawings, RFIs, SIs, and COs, submitting them to appropriate parties.
- Assist with subcontractor evaluation, contract issuance, and scope compliance.
- Support project teams in resolving issues and ensuring safety compliance.
- Prepare manpower plans, activity schedules, and assist with acquiring material and management.
- Coordinate site orientations and participate in weekly trade meetings, including minute preparation and distribution of meeting minutes.
- Construction Management Technology diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years in residential/commercial construction in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools.
- General Contracting experience; Design Build experienceis a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of construction phases and effective record-keeping.
- Valid driver’s license and CSA-approved safety boots required.
