- Supporting our client by helping their customers over the phone and via e-mail, with any queries they may have about products or services
- Handle customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer service
- You are a native Dutch speaker
- You have a business proficiency level of English

- Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every year
- Working hours: full time (40h/week)
- Monday to Friday, availability to work between 7am - 10pm, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule
- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
- Excluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/month
- Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 3 months
