About the business LINK is a leading Electronic Security Services company operating in multiple states around Australia and delivering solutions and services for Australian customers globally. Currently recruiting for an excellent Service Coordinator/Scheduler to work in our Gold Coast office. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a high performing, stable and experienced team in the electronic security & technology industry. LINK has been operating for over 20 years and has a strong customer base Australia wide and overseas, especially in QLD. In addition to large project works, we do maintenance and service jobs for our existing customers in all areas of Government, Retail, Education and Commercial operations. We are looking for a Service & Delivery Manager who provides expertise in the management of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and on-going service management, including reporting, across our varied customer base. This position will see you effectively lead and direct the day to day Service Department operations, ensuring profitable growth through completion of incoming service works within customer requirements, guidelines and SLAs. The core aspects of the role include: Managing the day-to-day activities of the Service & Technical team Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current works, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers Ensure SLA's are monitored and adhered to Compile reports on performance for the Executive Team. Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met. Ensure documentation and administration records are kept accurately Monitor and liaise with service staff to ensure materials and labour are assigned correctly to jobs. Work with internal and external stakeholders to build action plans to close out works. Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring LINK's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes. Look for ways to improve efficiencies in the business The successful applicant will have: Strong industry knowledge would be highly regarded. Experience in staff management Experience in service delivery and customer service Process improvement skills Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated success in meeting KPI targets and reporting on performance of the Team.
