Job Description
Assist project managers in the procurement administration of the project and manage project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payment, and settlement of final accounts, as well as maintaining proper documentation. To make sure that companies financial rights of executed work are preserved.Job Requirements
- Receive supplier bids to supply the required items, then unload it and prepare comparison lists.
- Participate with the Executive Engineer and the Design Engineer to review the technical specifications of the bids submitted by suppliers and determine the most suitable in terms of technicalities.
- Participate with the Head of Procurement and Contracts in selecting the most appropriate offers in terms of appropriate conditions of supply and best prices.
