- Quantity surveyors prepare detailed cost estimates for projects. This includes evaluating materials, labor, and other associated costs to forecast the overall cost of the construction
- Tendering and Contract Management
- Cost Control and Financial Management: Throughout the construction process, the quantity surveyors will monitor and control costs, ensuring that the project remains within budget.
- Quantity surveyors will be responsible for measuring the quantities of materials, labor, and resources needed for the project.
- Valuations and Cost Reporting: The quantity surveyors will conduct periodic valuations of the work completed on-site and ensure that contractors are paid according to the progress made.
