• ZoomInfo Contact and Org Chart Input:
• Input this data into company CRM
• Client Outreach for Staffing Information:
• Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via emails and calls to gather information related to their Full-Time Employment (FTE) and Contingent Staffing needs.
• Maintain records of outreach efforts and responses for future reference and follow-up within the company profile in our CRM
• Data Collection & Management:
• Ability to identify and collect relevant data from various sources, such as company websites, job boards and LinkedIn.
• Add provided contacts and org charts for designated companies into the company CRM with correct designations
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper storage for future reference in company CRM
• Research & Analysis:
• Identify and verify key decision-makers within prospective companies.
• Analyze open positions and job descriptions to determine each opportunity's relevant point of contact.
• Research the market to understand industry trends, job changes, and needed skills. Use this info to find where there's a lack of skilled workers, industry shifts, and hiring opportunities for the company.
• Competitor Research:
• Conduct in-depth research on competitors, their products, and marketing strategies.
• Analyze market trends and identify potential areas for improvement or differentiation.
• Present findings and recommendations to the marketing and management teams.
• Email Template Development:
• Assist in the development and design of email templates for both internal and external outreach purposes.
• Email Correspondence:
• Ability to send emails that are pre-made templates approved by marketing.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Marketing, Psychology or any other related Field
• More than 3 years of experience in Pre Sales/Sales Support role.
• Should have experience with JobDiva or any other ATS
• Must have experience working in staffing industry
• Expert-level English writing and communication skills
