Job Description Position Summary: The Closing Specialist 2 associate performs review of critical component of the loan closing and disbursement process. Closing Specialist 2 associate’s review includes but not limited to creating closing disclosures and validating closing disclosures accuracy, assuring disclosures are meeting agency and state requirements, performing document QC, assisting team for query resolution Responsibilities : • Preparing LE & CD as per agency requirements • Ensuring the closing package is complete • Analyze whether the compliance is pass or fail and address if we get any fail in compliance report. • Updating any document that is recorded at the county, which should also have a corresponding impact on the LE & CD • Performing online search of tax and other related documents. • Assisting team for query resolution • Provide exceptional customer care (both internal and external) in a manner that satisfies the individual needs of each customer and builds loyalty to the client • Maintain confidentiality of all customer and employee information • Respond positively to feedback and redirection • Fully utilize systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential • Assist other departments as needed • Meeting daily production. • Meeting the daily SLA requirement • Meeting the daily Quality requirements Qualifications Bachelors in any stream. Experience: 2+ years’ increasingly responsible experience in related areas Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Experienced mortgage professional with 2+ year with Closing • Has working knowledge of real estate lending criteria and federal, state, and agency compliance • Can multi-task and manage time efficiently • Has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic Microsoft Office skills • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong verbal and written communications skills. • Highly adaptive and open to changes as the organization grows and its needs evolve.
